Kokusai Street/Art Gift

We were visiting Kokusai street today and stopped to look at an artist's wares. He started talking to us while Kayleigh was purchasing a few of the works. It turns out that he has a son that is 18 and about to join the Israeli Army.....go figure....apparently he was married to an Israeli woman and they had a kid together. Now divorced the mother and son live in Israel. He likes to show his support of the military...no matter who's military it is. He gave me that painting I am holding. It is all done with spray paint. It is really cool and it was a very appreciated gesture. He is simply a father worried for his son's future in a dangerous profession. I am going to get this work framed and keep it as a reminder of all those that serve. Thanks random artist guy!!!
