Jelly Fish

Today Nick go stung by a jelly fish.. he was out at the seawall and when he jumped in it went up his swim trunks..(haha) It was not bad enough to go to the ER but we did put vinegar on it. I think that he will live. Here is a pic of what it looks like.

4th of July 2008

Happy 4th of July to all!! I hope that it was fun and safe for you!! Today we went to the flight line to the Kadena Fest it was so hot that we walked up and down the flight line and came home. When it got dark Lonnie and I went out and watched the firworks.

Vegas!!!

This month was so much fun!! Lonnie and I went to Las Vegas with some wonderful friends, 8 people went and 5 of them turn 40 this year..(yes, Lonnie does) and it was also our 18th wedding anniv. so it was loads of fun. We stayed at the Mirage and we and saw a show, The Beatles LOVE.. a must go see!! We had some wonderful dinners at Prime and at Misa. Thank you to our wonderful friends for making this so much fun!! Cant wait to do it again!!

Fathers Day

Well, today is Fathers Day and we took Lonnie to the O'Club for Brunch. We went with some friends of ours, Juan and Raquel Cisneros and Elyssa and Riley Daur. Afterwards we came home and got ready to go out into town for some shopping. It was a nice day. Later we came home and watched a movie and then went out to eat.

Army Ball 6-7-08

Hello everyone.. well, this is our first blog. Thought that this may be a good way to keep you all up to date on what we are doing here in Okinawa Japan. Last week, Lonnie, Kayleigh and I went to the 233rd Army Birthday Ball and had a lot of fun. It was the first Birthday Ball that any of us had been too, so it was neat that the three of us got to go. (Nick did not want to go) We got pictures taken there and they should be here soon. Talk to you all soon...
