Octoberfest 2008

Hello... We went to Octoberfest at the Butler Officers Club on Oct. 10th 2008. It was alot of fun. They had a German band there and Great food. (my favorite was the saurkraut) We went with our friends Juan,Raquel and Emilio, and met other friends there. This may be a recurring event for us!!

Kadena High School Homecoming 2008

This week both Kayleigh and Nick went to Homecoming for Kadena High School... They had a great time. They both went with friends. The dance was held at Camp Hanson about a hour from Kadena AFB where we live. Everyone met at the school and were bussed to Camp Hanson. Both seemed to have a good time. Here is Nick before he left for school and Kayleigh with her friends Shannon and Brandon before they left also.

Spider

Just thought that I would show this spider that was by our front door a few days ago.. Lonnie took it into a field and let it live.. (NOT what I would have done) We are not sure what kind of spider it is.. but it was BIG!!!
