Well, Meko had ANOTHER seizure... this will make it 5 as far as we know. This one didn't last long, but they are still hard to watch ! I don't freak out like I did in the beginning. I guess that's a good thing. He is doing better now, he is pretty out of it for about a day and a half.

Earthquake 6.4
Today we had another earthquake here on Okinawa.. it hit about 5:45pm and was reported to be 6.4, Raquel and I were driving to my house and didn't feel it. When I got home the first thing Nick said was "Did you feel that earthquake? It shook the whole house" I looked on FB and sure enough, we had one..

Military Spouse Appreciation Day
My friend Veronica Rendon put this on her blog and I just love it. She alway finds the greatest things...
The Silent Ranks
I wear no uniforms, no blues or army greens.
But I am in the military in the ranks rarely seen.
I have no rank upon my shoulders.
Salutes I do not give.
But the military world is the place where I live.
I'm not in the chain of command, orders I do not get.
But my husband is the one who does, this I can not forget.
I'm not the one who fires the weapon, who puts my life on the line.
But my job is just as tough.
I'm the one that's left behind.
My husband is a patriot, a brave and prideful man and the call to serve his country not all can understand.
Behind the lines I see the things needed to keep this country free.
My husband makes the sacrifice.
But so do our kids and me.
I love the man I married.
Soldiering is his life.
But I stand among the silent ranks
known as the Military Wife.

Rain Rain Go Away !!!!
So, it has been raining for over 72 hours !! I think that we may all be growing gills !! I have to throw Mia outside in the rain.. and Meko has to really "go" before he goes out. I have friends that are on another base and they are really stuck on base because the water is so high that cars can not go threw. Here are a few pictures... I sure hope that the rain stops soon !!
