Williams Family Reunion
At long last had a family reunion.. The Williams Family came together in Poulsbo Washington at Lonnie's cousin Brian's house. All the kids and grandkids were there. The first time since 2009 we had all been together. Add in 4 more grandkids and Williams cousin and it was a fun time. Lonnie and I stayed in a cabin at the National Park that was in walking distance from Brian's house. Nick, Kayleigh and Alex stayed in tents. It was a lot of fun and was so good to see everyone.

26th Anniversary
This year we celebrated our 26th Wedding Anniversary ! We decided to go to Canada since Lonnie had never been.. We took the ferry from Seattle to Victoria BC. We stayed at our time share for the first time. We had a great time.. and also happen to be there for "Canada Day" which is like our 4th of July. Can't wait to go back.

Our dear friend Linc McCoy came to Seattle on business and we got together for dinner.. The next day Kayleigh and I met him at the Airport and got to see President Obama and shake his hand.. What a honor it was !! We got to be up in the first row and saw him land in Airforce One. Thank you Linc for allowing us to be your guest!

Mom's Weekend @WSU
Kayleigh invited me to Mom's Weekend !! I had so much fun. It was so good to see where Kayleigh is going to school and spending time with her is one of my favorite things to do. We had a packed weekend of site seeing, going to the football field, hitting the bars and going to see The Band Perry. I can't wait to go again next year!

Tulip Festival !
Last weekend I saw that one of my neighbors had gone to the Tulip Festival and wanted to go so bad.. So, now that I have weekends off.. Lonnie and I went. The Festival is in Mt. Vernon in Skagit Valley. It was about a 2 1/2 hour drive to get there.. but was so beautiful that it was totally worth the drive.
They have free parking and it cost $5.00 to get in but have a Military discount, there is a gift shop and a place to buy hamburgers/hotdogs, kettle corn, hot chocolate/coffee.. and a place to buy tulips !!
They planted 250,000 bulbs were planted !! It was so pretty. There was also a daffodil field.
Be ready for picture overload... again :)
